These terms apply to jnccarsales.com and services offered by JNC Car Sales LLC. Vehicle sales are completed through a licensed motor vehicle dealer under a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Website information

Vehicle listings, prices and descriptions are provided in good faith but may change or contain errors. Used vehicles are sold as-is unless your written agreement says otherwise.

SMS program terms

• Program: JNC Car Sales LLC customer text messages.
• What you'll receive: if you opt in on our website forms, texts about your inquiry, vehicle search status, rental and payment reminders. If you also opt in to offers, occasional promotions and new-inventory alerts (up to 4 per month).
• Frequency: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You'll get one confirmation and no further texts.
• Help: reply HELP, call (914) 425-5279, or email JNCCARS@kingsnetworking.com.
• Consent: consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or rental.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
